Welcome back to the TSF Round Table where the guys at Truth Serum Football are joined by our guest Bobby Swan! - PPR Redraft, TJ Hockenson or Kyle Pitts?
Zach: Hockenson. He’s already proven that he can be top 5 at the position and Detroit has far less competition than Atlanta even with Julio gone.
Pynakker: Kyle Pitts IS THE ONLY CORRECT ANSWER!
Ryan: Hock’s been there and done it already. Give me the proven player in the NFL this season.
Dwight: I'm taking pitts, dude is a freak of nature, though many might say he is gonna need time to "develop" u ain't need to develop that quickly with that height and wingspan, I'm choosing the rookie here.
Bobby: Tj Hockenson, Goff will pepper him and Swift. Also Mike Pynakker likes Pitts.
- Who’s your biggest “sell high” candidate for dynasty formats?
Zach: Regression is coming for Derrick Henry and I think it will come hard and soon. Even if he can stay healthy there’s no way he’s keeping up his pace for much longer. Sell him at his ceiling now.
Pynakker: Davante Adams, with Rodgers almost certainly not coming back next year, and him not being the youngest guy, you can get a lot for him and it’s uncertain what will happen.
Ryan: Sell Derek Henry. As much as that kills me to say. No man can take the touches and hits he does and isn’t phased. His body will catch up to him in the next year or two.
Dwight: Sell high candidate in dynasty, Ezekiel Elliott, sell sell sell, dude been the focal point of the offense for many years, body has taken a beating, ain't got much time left as a top dog. Sell!!!!
Bobby: Ezekiel Elliott just because I believe Tony Pollard will carve out a big role.
- Over or under 8.5 wins for the Raiders this year?
Zach: Slightly under. It’s a tough conference and a tough division. I think the defense will be soft again and fail them down the stretch,
Pynakker: Over, they’ve been on the cusp and this year will get it done if the defense picks it up a bit.
Ryan: Under. It’s the Raiders.
Dwight: Right at 8, just dont think chucky is all that great. Hopefully he proves me wrong, for Pynakker’s sake.
Bobby: Under. I think they continue to lose in the draft and their defense will not win them many games.
- Who’s your early favorite to win DROTY?
Zach: My homer pick would be Christian Barmore but I’m gonna go with Carolina’s Jaycee Horn.
Pynakker: Micah Parsons, that is all.
Ryan: Defensive rookie of the year for me is Micah Parsons. I think teaming him with LVE in Dallas will be fun to watch.
Dwight: I'm a Penn State fan. Give me that boy on Dallas for no other reason than being apart of linebacker u.
Bobby: Patrick Surtain Jr will make an instant impact.
- Start, bench, cut: (not for fantasy) Tee Higgins, Deebo, Samuel, Courtland Sutton.
Zach: Start Samuel, bench Higgins and cut Sutton. They’re all close though.
Pynakker: Start Higgins, bench Deebo and cut Sutton.
Ryan: Start Sutton, bench Higgins, cut Deebo.
Dwight: Start Deebo, bench Higgins, cut Sutton. They are all about the same talent, how do u really go wrong in that lineup? Though Deebo will steal both their bikes, unless he gets knocked the fu$@ out!!!
Bobby: Start Tee Higgins, bench Courtland Sutton, cut Deebo Samuel.
