Tune into our YouTube Live Start/Sit every Sunday at 9 CST.

Week #8 questions

  1. Pittsburgh stands as the lone unbeaten team left. When do you expect the streak to end?

Joey: They face their toughest appointment yet this week. The Baltimore Ravens coming off a bye. If they get past that, I expect they go at least 10-0. You go look up the schedule and make an argument against that.

Jordan: Sunday around 3:30 CST. This is going to be a statement game for Lamar Jackson

Clayton: It’s this weekend. Lamar is bout to expose the weaknesses on that defense. Also Big Ben is gonna be rattled by arguably the 2nd best defense to theirs.

Zach: I think it’ll last a while. I’ll go with week #14 at Buffalo.

Travis: This Sunday’s Game against the Ravens at noon. Lamar gets it done in a tight low scoring affair.

Colt: I am expecting the Steelers to split the series with Baltimore. So I see a loss week 8 or 12.

  1. Who is your favorite underachieving rookie that you believe is primed for a big second half of the season?

Joey: You know what, it's James Robinson and I'm not ashamed of it. He is a fucking stud! Just be happy you lucked up to getting this league winner and ride the wave. It is not a fluke. Dude is a baller.

Jordan: I think it’s too late to say Swift, so give me Cam Akers finally emerging for the Rams. Also keep an eye on Denzel Mims

Clayton: It’s Bryan Edwards/Jalen Reagor. I’ve had a hard on for Edwards since pre draft. Injuries have been nagging for both these guys, but the talent and opportunity is there. Raiders are lacking a PPR hog to move the chains and  Edwards brings that plus more. Reagor is lightyears beyond fulgham talent wise and will be somebody who can finally open up that philly offense, and God knows they have been needing that. Also JK Dobbins is bout to explode just saying and I’m not jk.

Zach: It’s Zack Moss. He’s a stud but hasn’t really showed it on the NFL level yet. Playing in only four games due to a toe injury Moss has amassed just 35 touches which he turned into a pedestrian 26.6 PPR points. Devin Singletary sucks so I expect Moss to get plenty of opportunities and there’s no doubt he’s going to deliver.

Travis: Zack Moss. The Buffalo Bills seem to be slowly fading Devin Singletary out of carries. I am confident enough to put my money on him to lead the way for the rest of the season in Buffalo. They do have a tough schedule down the stretch as far as running backs are concerned so my expectations are not through the roof, but sure RB 3 type production is doable.

Colt: Jalen Reagor with his injuries have been very disappointing. I think if he stays healthy he steps in and explodes as Wentz's favorite target.

  1. Several coaches on the hot seat. Who is next to go?

Joey: Dear Lord 8lb 12oz Baby Jesus, please let it be Adam Gase.

Jordan: Matt Patricia, but it should be Gase.

Clayton: Adam Gase is ass.

Zach: It better be Gase!

Travis: We have already seen two coaches kicked out the door within the first 7 weeks of the season. I am going with Vic Fangio, but only because it seems like the New York Jets will never fire Adam Gase. Gase must have blackmail over the owner, or the rest of that New York team is just that dysfunctional that they keep around this clown.

Colt: The answer here should be obvious in Gase, but the Jets gonna Jet and probably keep him all year.

  1. Who will be the biggest player moved at the deadline?

Joey: I'll just say, the deadline has become more entertaining and I can't wait.

Jordan: I think we finally see Green Bay make a move and go get a wide receiver.

Clayton: I really feel like the eagles are bout to move Zach Ertz and I hate it.

Zach: I’m starting to get a sinking feeling that it will be my boy reigning DPOY Stephon Gilmore. The rumor mill has been swirling and it’s been confirmed that Gilmore listed his house in Foxboro for sale. New England is loaded with starting caliber cornerbacks so if Gilmore doesn’t fit into Belichick’s long term plan then he’ll definitely be looking to get some high end draft capital for Gillylocks.

Travis: Stephon Gilmore. There has been a lot of noise coming out of New England that everyone is available. Gilmore put his house on the market and is set to make $15 million if he stays in New England against a $4 million cap penalty if he is cut in 2021. A team with Super Bowl aspirations is sure to come swope him up. My prediction: Cleveland Browns.

Colt: The biggest player I think will be AJ Green. Green will most likely be moved to a contender and he deserves that chance for a ring.

  1. Who are your biggest risers and fallers for fantasy?

Joey: Riser; Justin Herbert is QB4 in points per game right now. Let that sink in.

Faller; Kenyan Drake is toast. Chase Edmonds will make sure that doesn't happen. He is simply better. I was wrong on Drake.

Jordan: Biggest Riser is D’Andre Swift. I expect him to be a rb1 the rest of the way.

Biggest fallers is everyone on the Dallas offense except Zeke who is still quietly producing for fantasy for the most part.

Clayton: Biggest riser is Diontae Johnson. He is unreal. I’m buying everywhere I can. And the biggest faller has gotta be Kenyan Drake, that boy ain’t worth a damn. He rurnt some of my teams.

Zach: My biggest riser is Miami’s Myles Gaskin. One of this season’s most rewarding waiver wire pickups has been consistent with 14.2 PPG with a low of 9.2 PPR points. Gaskin has turned into a workhorse and is only going to get better.

Unfortunately there’s quite a few big fallers but I’m gonna go with Marquise “Hollywood” Brown. Most people will chalk his lack of production up to being on a run heavy offense but that’s not the problem as he’s averaging 7 targets a game which is more than KC’s Tyreek Hill. Brown wasn’t drafted to be a stud for fantasy owners but he’s been extremely disappointing so far sitting as the WR #45. Come on man, there’s three Jaguars ahead of you! Brown is always capable of a big game but unfortunately he’s turned into a boom or bust player.

Travis: Biggest riser in fantasy: Antonio Gibson. He has been getting more and more volume week-to-week and I imagine he is the full-blown starter after the bye week.

Biggest faller: Lamar Jackson. For what draft capital most people spent on him (2nd Round ADP) he is not giving you any kind of huge games. He must be considered for one of the worst values in fantasy this year for someone that has not missed a game.

Colt: My biggest riser is Tee Higgins. I was very low on him pre draft and questioned his work ethic. Higgins has proved me and many doubters wrong. My biggest faller is Cam Akers. Sean McVay insists on using all 3 backs. Akers carved out a roll to start the year, but was derailed by injury, and stellar play by both Darrell Henderson and Malcolm Brown. I would ask around about Akers in dynasty and see if any owners have soured on him.

  1. What trade would you like to see be made in real life?

Joey: Jameis Winston to the Washington Football Team. Need I say more?

Jordan: Give me Jameis Winston to the WFT. Let’s go baby!

Clayton: I would like to see “The slant king” to the Eagles, or any other wide receiver who they didn’t find under the bleachers. Ezekiel Elliott to the Dolphins would be nasty tho.

Zach: Fitzmagic to Dallas would be exciting!

Travis: I want to see Zeke traded at the deadline. My Prediction: Arizona Cardinals go for it all and make the call to Jerry Jones Cardinals give up a 3rd round pick and the Cowboys get out from underneath that horrible contract.

Colt: I would love to see GB make a move for Julio or Thomas, but GB never makes the big moves that make sense.

That’s it for this week guys. We will see you Sunday with our Start/Sit. As always, stay true.
